| At present,with the development of economy and the improvement of science and technology,in order to improve the local innovation level,the role of introducing talents has become increasingly prominent.The introduction of multi-level talents can improve the structure of talents and enhance the vitality of local economy at the same time.Nowadays,local governments at all levels in China have shifted from one-sided emphasis on the introduction of high-level talents to the integrity of the talent structure,and to the introduction of more extensive graduates.By formulating and perfecting various talents policies,introducing multi-level College graduates,improving scientific research ability and innovation vitality,and promoting industrial transformation and economic development.Under the guidance of the national talent policy,in 2016,the city started the project of gathering college graduates and formulated relevant policies.However,after more than two years of practice,it is found that the implementation effect is not as good as expected.Although the total number of college graduates has increased,it is far from meeting local needs.In addition,due to the absence of effective external security and the untimely implementation of policies,some policies are equivalent to the null and void.Aiming at this phenomenon,this paper makes a thorough study of the whole process of the talent introduction policy of the graduates from the universities and colleges,and finds out the existing problems,analyzes and summarizes the reasons,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the policy of attracting local college graduates.In the process of writing,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and comparative study,and takes the talent introduction policy of college graduates in Shaoxing as the main research object.Firstly,it summarizes the status quo of talents in the whole market by investigating the needs of more than 4000 enterprises within the scope of the market,and provides good data support for the formulation of talent introduction programs and the adjustment of talent policies.Secondly,the analysis of the problems and reasons of the talent introduction policy.Thirdly,to put forward suggestions to improve the talent introduction policy of college graduates in Shaoxing,so as to better boost local economic development. |
