With continuous development of global economy,Logistics industry as an important bridge between industries, provides an important“logistic guarantee”for the economic development of the whole society. As the main body of logistics activities, logistics enterprises play an important role in the steady development of the logistics industry. However,China’s logistics enterprises started late, most logistics companies still dominated by traditional management concepts, management concepts are backward and there are many problems in logistics performance. Therefore, solving the performance problems of China’s logistics enterprises is not only the key to the development of logistics enterprises, but also the requirements of the state and society for them. Many well-known foreign companies have created considerable profits for the company through the implementation of knowledge management. It can be seen that knowledge management has an outstanding effect on improving the performance of enterprises. However, there are few studies on knowledge management in China, and most of these research objects are non-logistics enterprises. Therefore, the research on the impact of knowledge management on the performance of logistics enterprises has certain theoretical and practical significance. This paper takes logistics enterprises in Guangdong Province as the research object, and through empirical research, explores the three dimensions of knowledge management, such as corporate culture, knowledge sharing and service innovation on the performance of logistics enterprises.Firstly,it summarizes and analyzes related literatures at home and abroad, and sorts out the theoretical basis related to this research.Secondly,it summarizes the basic situation of logistics enterprises in Guangdong Province.Next, build a research system, make assumptions, design research variables, and introduce samples and data sources. Finally, using SPSS to empirically study the data. The research results show that knowledge management can positively influence corporate performance through corporate culture, knowledge sharing and service innovation.A good cultural atmosphere of the company can greatly promote the trust and communication between employees, thereby improving the efficiency of information transfer between employees, and then extending to other links, ultimately improving corporate performance.Knowledge sharing can increase the amount of information obtained, effectively reducing the barriers to information transmission and affecting business performance due to lack of sharing.Service innovation can make corporate thinking at the forefront and enhance corporate competitiveness. Finally, through the knowledge management level, suggestions for solving the problem of logistics enterprise performance are put forward.
