In the background of economic globalization and specialization in production,thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,especially in science and technology enterprises,must constantly innovate to improve their core competitiveness.The innovation ability of knowledge employees is the source and support of enterprise innovation and how to motivate them to use their professional knowledge to continuously create value for the enterprise is one of the key issues all the enterprises are faced with.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of a scientific performance appraisal system has become the important guarantee to stimulate the innovation and effectiveness of knowledge employees and promote the development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper selects A technology-based fire protection enterprise as an example and focuses on the group of knowledge-based employees to achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and employees by optimizing and improving employee performance through reasonable and effective management methods.First of all,this paper sorts out and summarizes the latest research results at home and abroad on the basis of a brief explanation of the significance of the research.Besides,the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis on which the study is based are discussed and explained.What’s more,according to the current situation of the performance management system of knowledge-based employees of A enterprise,the questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to find and summarize the problems existing in the performance management of A enterprise.They are mainly the lack of systematic system of the performance management system,the lack of scientific performance appraisal indicators,the lack of communication and feedback in the performance management process,the application of assessment results cannot fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,and the lack of performance appeal mechanism,and the reasons for the existence of the problem are analyzed.Moreover,combined with the characteristics of knowledge employees of A enterprise and various key elements of their performance influence,as well as the work needs of knowledge employees and their working procedures,the key indicators of the assessment of knowledge employees of A enterprise are extracted.Connected with the production and operation reality of enterprise A,the goals and ideas of performance management optimization of A enterprise are proposed on the theory of weight factor.Finally,an implementation and guarantee plan is proposed.On the basis of absorbing and drawing on domestic and foreign research results,this paper takes the knowledge employees of A enterprise as the research object,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and key personnel interview method as the research methods,the performance management of knowledge employees of A enterprise as the research content,the current performance management problems of A enterprise as the research basis,and the performance management optimization scheme as the research results,which provides some thoughts for the performance management of knowledge employees of A enterprise,and also hopes to provide reference suggestions for the performance improvement of knowledge employees of peer enterprises.
