With the continuous advancement of global economic integration and the rapid development of socialist market economy, human beings have entered the era of knowledge-based economy. The dependence of enterprises on material resources is rapidly decreasing.Knowledge and talents have become the core elements of modern enterprise competition and play a crucial role in the sustainable development of enterprises..How to promote enterprises to realize product innovation and value creation through scientific management of knowledge has become the focus of academic and business circles.Knowledge management performance evaluation,as an important means of inspecting knowledge management achievements,is an indispensable part of knowledge management. It can help enterprises to find out the problems existing in the process of implementing knowledge management, and put forward improvement measures for enterprises to better realize knowledge management. As a pillar of the agricultural economy, the listed agricultural and forestry enterprises can no longer regard low cost and labor force as the capital of industry competition. If they only rely on limited resources and cheap labor force, they are doomed to be unable to catch up with the pace of the times and eventually be eliminated by the times. If we want to keep the leading edge in the fierce market competition,we must get rid of the traditional ideas, abandon the outdated management concepts, and realize that knowledge is the first element of enterprise competition.Based on the above discussion, this paper carefully read the relevant literature on knowledge management and carefully study the listed agricultural and forestry enterprises, through the collection and collation of sample data, based on the Balanced Scorecard theory, from the financial dimension, customer dimension, learning and growth dimension and internal business process dimension, synthesis Considering various factors that may affect the performance level of knowledge management,a set of objective and reasonable performance evaluation index system of knowledge management for listed agricultural and forestry enterprises is designed, which includes four first-level indexes and 12 second-level indexes.Mean square deviation method is combined with performance evaluation to calculate the weight of each level index and construct listing.Knowledge management performance evaluation model of agriculture and forestry enterprises.Through the empirical study on the sample data,we found the weak links in the implementation of knowledge management process in listed agricultural and forestry enterprises, and put forward some pertinent opinions and suggestions.Combined with the previous literature, this paper uses multiple linear regression to analyze the impact of multiple independent variables on knowledge management performance through SPSS 22.0.The results show that:(1)Compared with the other three dimensions of the balanced scorecard, learning and growth dimensions have the most important impact on the performance of knowledge management.Enterprises must invest heavily in the cultivation and improvement of employee competence, strive to create a good working atmosphere, and at the same time improve employee satisfaction in work and life.Only in this way can the innovation of enterprise value be promoted.(2)More communication and learning with the outside world can promote the performance of enterprise knowledge management obviously.Enterprises can’t be self-confident.They should strengthen communication and communication with universities and scientific research institutions.(3)Although they are both agroforestry enterprises, there is a huge gap in knowledge management performance between different types of enterprises. The knowledge management level of planting and forest enterprises is the highest, while that of processing and manufacturing enterprises is the lowest. Moreover, even in the same industry category, knowledge management performance of different enterprises is different. There is also a big gap between the level of effectiveness.Processing and manufacturing agroforestry enterprises should pay more attention to their employees,at the same time, properly improve the turnover rate of employees,to provide vitality for the production and operation of enterprises.(4)Enterprise size has a significant impact on knowledge management performance, whereas geographic location has a weak correlation with knowledge management performance. |
