Recruitment,as one of the core contents of human resources management,plays a strategic supporting role in acquiring talents and optimizing the structure of human resources for enterprises,and provides a solid human resources guarantee for the promotion of core competitiveness and the realization of strategic objectives.Any enterprise hopes to incorporate outstanding talents into its flag,so as to enhance its business performance and strengthen its economic strength.It can be seen that recruitment is crucial to competition among enterprises.This paper takes H Company in the civil explosion industry as the research object.With the continuous improvement of national infrastructure,the civil explosion industry in upstream industry presents a situation of oversupply,coupled with the liberalization of the price control of civil explosives,civil explosion enterprises are facing fierce market competition,small-scale,technologically backward civil explosion enterprises will soon be eliminated.In order to cope with this situation,H company began to adjust its development strategy from the aspects of main business and industrial structure,and accordingly,the quantity and quality requirements of employees have been improved.However,the research found that the recruitment of H company can not achieve the company's established human resources objectives,the entire staff structure presents serious aging,low educational level,shortage of technical personnel and other issues.In view of this,on the basis of a brief exposition of recruitment connotation,recruitment process and post matching theory,this paper uses the research method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to study and analyze the basic situation of H company's staffing,the implementation of recruitment links and recruitment related data in recent years,and finds that due to insufficient attention of the leadership,lack of recruitment management system and lack of it.The lack of professional recruitment team and employing Department participation has resulted in the lack of scientificity of recruitment plan,deviation of recruitment channel selection,single method of employee selection,imperfect reserve talent pool and lack of evaluation of recruitment effect.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as making recruitment plan scientifically,choosing recruitment channels scientifically,choosing talent selection methods scientifically,perfecting the reserve talent pool,and attaching importance to recruitment evaluation.It also provides guarantee for the smooth implementation of H company's recruitment from the aspects of ideology,system and team building.
