Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Land And Resources System Based On Human Resources Management

It is no doubt that land and resources system is an important department of thegovernment. Developing the economy and protecting the land resources is the mostimportant mission of land and resources system. Everybody realized thecomprehensive development of our economy and society, and at the same time theother parts of the society such as industry and information are developing rapidly. Theneed of land and the protection of resources tend to be complex.The environment of the using of land and resources is changing fast; we mustimprove the professional quality, work ability and knowledge level of the cadre teamof the land and resources system as soon as possible. Therefore, the research onhuman resource development of land and resources system is necessary; in that casethe work of land and resources in Qianguo County can develop healthily and rapidly,In this paper, the writer used the three methods of literature analysis, caseanalysis and questionnaire survey. Firstly, the writer analyzed the present situation ofthe human resources in Qianguo County Land and Resources Bureau. Secondly, aftera comprehensive evaluation the writer find out some reason. At last according to theactual situation of the unit the writer put forward some countermeasures such asimproving human resources introduction mechanism, strengthen the human resourcetraining mechanism, improve human resources management mechanism and so on.
