Logistics Delivery Platform Integration Research Of Tianfu College In Sichuan

With the booming development of Internet consumption,the logistics and distribution industry of the Universities has experienced unprecedented large-scale expansion,and has rapidly occupied an important position in the economy of the Universities.However,there are several problems in the logistics distribution market of the Universities,such as backward management,unsatisfactory service quality and unreasonable resource allocation,disordered distribution,missing mails and uncertain safety problems commonly existing in the logistics of the Universities.Due to the specials of the Universities,which is characterized by obvious seasonality and time periods,the situation of centralized procurement,centralized distribution and overstocking of goods is obvious.Both the logistics companies and the University management are trying to solve the problems involved in above.Therefore,in this thesis,the author analysis it by the theory of modern logistics management,comprehensive logistics integration theory,combine the logistics company and Tianfu college students as well as the primary audience,launched a related investigation and research,analysis of the cost of the logistics company,research the Tianfu college relevant management department asking for the thinking of the logistics distribution expectations and specific operations,and researched in-depth by talking with the student customers,clearly the customer needs,accounted the economic cost to bear ability.This thesis discusses three modes of logistic terminal delivery platform,and finally puts forward the practical operation project which is suitable for the operation of Tianfu College’s logistic distribution platform after comparison.It is the logistics terminal distribution mode which is undertaken by Tianfu College and cooperated with express company which suggest to construct the special campus express supermarket project of Tianfu College.Based on the information of Tianfu college’s smart campus,this plan will effectively allocate resources,avoid repeated work,and help reduce the burden of enterprises.Meanwhile,it will increase the management efficiency oflogistics companies and the College as well,serving both benefiting to the College,enterprises and the students.
