With the development of global economic integration,the development of China’s food industry is facing increasingly fierce competition.Optimizing sales logistics has become one of the important means of competition in the market environment.L Company is a leading corn deep processing enterprise in China,and the low efficiency of product sales logistics has seriously restricted the development of the company.Through the improvement of L company’s sales logistics plan,the paper forms the core driving force to promote the company’s sales logistics smooth,improve logistics efficiency and speed up market response.Firstly,this paper reviews the theory of sales logistics,the optimization method of sales logistics,and the application status of sales logistics,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,combined with the basic situation of L Company,the paper describes the current situation of its sales logistics in detail from multiple angles,and analyzes the main problems exposed in depth,which provides a realistic basis for the following research.L Company is mainly faced with the main problems such as high capital occupancy of finished product warehouse,imbalance of inventory supply and demand,low transportation efficiency,inadequate service of third-party logistics providers,backward sales logistics informatization,etc.The company’s overall sales logistics efficiency is low,and it is difficult to achieve a rapid response to the market.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems of L company’s sales logistics,the paper carries out the optimization design of its sales logistics.On the basis of organizational structure adjustment,L company uses activity based classification and supplier management inventory to optimize finished product inventory management.Through improving the transportation deployment system,selecting excellent third-party logistics team through bidding to optimize the transportation management of finished products,and strengthening the implementation,operation and management strategy of the information construction of sales logistics through ERP upgrading,EDI,monitoring center,bar code,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward various safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation and effective operation of L company’s sales logistics optimization plan from the aspects of human resources,systems,funds and after-sales tracking.This study is expected to enrich the theory of sales logistics management,improve the ability of sales logistics management,and provide a reference for the optimization and development of sales logistics of L company and other food industries.
