To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is to improve the management level of enterprises.Enterprise management is ultimately human management.To improve people's management level,training is undoubtedly an indispensable method.The core of enterprise training is to help enterprises operate.If the training process can change people,change employees attitudes,turn workers into strugglers and strivers into entrepreneurs,then training has functions and enterprises have core competitiveness.Through the optimization study of the original training system,we can organically combine various training modes and ways.So that training is no longer easily limited by time and space.The efficiency of training has been greatly improved.Through the application of new technology,knowledge base and cloud management are established.The training resources can be reused.This paper takes the practical problems of H company's training system as the starting point.Through interviews,questionnaires and other scientific means,the main problems are: single training mode;imperfect training system;imperfect training organization;lack of training content;inadequate training evaluation and training needs analysis.Thus,the optimal scheme design is proposed for the above problems.
