Land use change is a dynamic process in which human beings meet their development needs through natural and social attributes of land.With the promotion of collaborative development strategies of Beijing City,Tianjin City,and Hebei Province(Jing-Jin-Ji),social and economic has developed,population has continuous increased,and urbanization have been steadily advanced,and the contradiction between human and land relations has become increasingly prominent of Jing-Jin-Ji region.Affected by the economic radiation of Beijing and Tianjin,especially the construction of Beijing sub-center,land use system in Chaobai River area bordering Jing-Jin-Ji has undergone tremendous changes.It has become the epitome of regional coordinated development.The research on land use change,simulation and control in Chaobai River area is of great significance for the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji.This paper takes Tongzhou and Shunyi District of Beijing,Baodi District of Tianjin,Sanhe City,Dachang County and Xianghe County of Langfang City of Hebei Province as study area.Through the method of land use dynamics,land use change,land use transfer matrix and gravity center coordinate migration,analyzed the land use status,land use time and spatial change in study area from 2001 to 2016.It constructs a dynamic model of land use system by analyzing the relationship between land,population and socio-economic factors.It simulates the development model in different situations from 2017 to 2030 and proposes the countermeasures for collaborative management of land use in the study area.The results are as follows.(1)From 2001 to 2016,the study area was dominated by cultivated land and construction land.From 2001 to 2016,the proportion of cultivated land,grassland and unused land decreased by 12.64%,0.69% and 1.32%,respectively.The proportion of woodland,water area and construction land increased by 2.52%,2.78% and 9.36%,respectively.The comprehensive land use dynamic degree is 1.23%,the overall change rate of various land use types is small,and land use is relatively stable.The comprehensive land use index rose from 299.97 in 2001 to 307.36 in 2016.(2)From 2001 to 2016,cultivated land and unused land in the Chaobai River area were mainly converted to construction land.The woodland and construction land were mainly converted to cultivated land.The grassland and waters were mainly converted to cultivated land and construction land.(3)The study set four scenarios: continuation of status quo,economic priority development,ecological protection priority development and collaborative development.In the coordinated development scenario,in 2030,the area of cultivated land,woodland,grassland,water area,construction land and unused land accounted for 41.13%,9.05%,3.85%,8.14%,37.06% and 0.77% of the total area.Compared to the other three development models,the collaborative development mode can control the growth rate of new construction land,alleviate the reduction in cultivated land and protect land ecology.(4)In order to make better use of land resource in the study area,this paper proposes three countermeasures: establish a coordinated development mechanism to optimize the spatial pattern of urban agglomeration;optimize industrial layout and reaching collaboration;establish an ecological compensation mechanism.
