| The rural e-commerce cluster development has become more and more important in the development of rural economy, and its impact on the regional economy has become increasingly obvious. It has become one of the important development goals for upgrading the rural economy. In recent years, the development of rural e-commerce clusters in China is in good shape, but there are still some problems to be solved in the development, such as the lack of professional talents, insufficient development funds, and the lack of innovation ability. Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to conduct an in-depth study on rural e-commerce clusters, whether it is from the development of rural e-commerce clusters and actual needs,or from the stable development of rural areas and sustained economic growth. The rural e-commerce cluster is a dynamic and complex system.Starting from the overall system perspective, this paper starts from the rapid, healthy and stable development of rural e-commerce clusters, and builds a system dynamics model of rural e-commerce clusters. The paper analyzes the coupling relationship among the various elements within the cluster, and establishes the system boundary as the talent scale, capital scale and innovation state according to the current reality of rural e-commerce cluster development. On this basis,China’s 2010-2016 rural area is selected. The relevant statistics of e-commerce have carried out systematic simulation analysis on the development of rural e-commerce clusters.Through the structural test, stability test and historical data test of the model, the model can truly and effectively reflect the system function and structure of rural e-commerce cluster development. The analysis of the three subsystems of talent size, fund scale and innovation status shows that the key factors affecting the competitiveness of rural e-commerce clusters are the investment level of rural e-commerce education, the level of special expenditures of financial policy and the intensity of product innovation, and based on the analysis results. The initial values of the three model variables of rural e-commerce education investment benefit factor, net merchant profit factor and brand contribution rate are further simulated to simulate the development of rural e-commerce cluster. The simulation results show that the main factor affecting the development of rural e-commerce clusters is the investment benefit coefficient of rural e-commerce education. The change of benefit coefficient has a multiplier effect on the promotion of professional talents and the rapid development of clusters; The main factors of scale and capital scale are the investment in rural e-commerce education and the proportion of special expenditures on financial policies. The special expenditures on education investment and financial policy have a direct effect on the scale of talents and the scale of funds;the mainfactors affecting the innovation status of rural e-commerce clusters The factor is product innovation, and the improvement of product innovation will help to quickly realize the branding of clusters and avoid the negative effects brought by market homogenization competition. Therefore, this paper believes that it is necessary to increase the expenditure on rural e-commerce education investment and financial policy,to achieve multi-participating personnel training system and branding, and to improve the products of intra-network network enterprises in order to promote the rapid development of rural e-commerce clusters. |
