Analysis On The Development Quality Of Rural E-commerce Industry Clusters In Hebei Province

With the development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet in rural areas in recent years,the Internet economy represented by e-commerce has developed rapidly in rural China.E-commerce has opened up new channels for the sale of agricultural products.In addition,China's traditional rural society is a society of human relationships and acquaintances,its blood relationships and geo-relationships are close,so it is easy to make the early mature model of rural e-commerce development to form a demonstration effect and spread rapidly around.Therefore,the formation and development of rural e-commerce industry clusters within the village area is inevitable.Rural e-commerce industrial clusters tend to develop rapidly in the initial development stage,but when they reach a certain scale,as the market becomes saturated and consumer demand rises,problems in industrial clusters such as insufficient innovation and homogeneous products will be exposed,affecting further development of rural e-commerce industrial clusters.Correctly understanding the development rules of rural e-commerce industrial clusters,discovering the problems they face,and suggesting corresponding countermeasures are of great significance to the healthy development of rural e-commerce industrial clusters.Taking Hebei Province as an example,this article evaluates the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters in Hebei province,finds out the problems and reasons,and proposes countermeasures to achieve the sustainable development of rural e-commerce industrial clusters.Firstly,this article conducts a qualitative analysis on the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters,and establishes a rural e-commerce industrial cluster development quality analysis framework from the perspective of organizational ecology.Based on the division of organizational ecology research,according to the actual development status of rural e-commerce industrial clusters,the rural e-commerce industrial cluster development quality evaluation system is divided into three levels: the development quality of individual enterprises,the quality of industrial agglomeration,and supporting condition quality.It aims to comprehensively reflect the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters in Hebei Province through the development quality of these three levels.According to certain design principles of the indicator system,after the three primary indicators are determined,twenty-two secondary indicators are specifically set,and the entropy method is used to determine the weight of each indicator.The comprehensive value of all index weights is used to reflect the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters.Secondly,based on the construction of an index system and the selection of an evaluation model,an empirical analysis is made on the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters in Hebei Province.By analyzing the selected samples,the following conclusions are reached.First,the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters in Hebei Province has continued to grow,but the growth rate has slowed down.Second,judging from the three first-level indicators,the development quality of individual enterprises has increased significantly,the quality of supporting conditions has grown slowly,and the quality of industrial agglomeration has remained basically unchanged.Third,there are some differences in the development quality of different samples,and there are certain differences in the development quality of the three first-level indicators of different samples.Fourth,the development quality of most selected samples is generally stable and good,and the development quality of individual samples fluctuates greatly in a certain period.Aiming at the conclusions,the causes of these phenomena are further analyzed.Finally,based on the evaluation of the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters in Hebei Province,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the development quality of rural e-commerce industrial clusters in Hebei Province are put forward,that is,by building corporate brands,refining product positioning,and training professional talents to improve the development quality of individual companies in the cluster;by increasing support for policies,strengthening infrastructure construction to improve the support conditions of industrial clusters;by optimizing the business model,playing the role of associations,exploring financing channels to improve the industry cluster agglomeration quality;by improving the supervision system,increasing supervision,and speeding up the training of supervisors to strengthen market supervision.
