Study On The Urbanization Of Suburban Farmers Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Urbanization is the land urbanization and population urbanization in the two part,also the rural land into non-agricultural land,rural population gradually transfer to the town,to the non agriculture population transition,realize peasants' citizenization.The citizenization of peasants is the inevitable trend.The transition from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society is the general law of the development of human society.Nanjing Guli is the main street in the streets of agriculture oriented,focusing on the development of modern agriculture and tourism services for the three owners,while there is a scale industrial park area.With the rapid development of urbanization and the global tourism street in the valley,the Valley Street Town,expanding the scope of global construction of the beautiful countryside,more and more rural land expropriation,which makes the streets of a large number of farmers become landless farmers in the valley or into the new village farmers,has brought great impact on the streets of farmers in the valley life.The majority of farmers in the land after the re employment or self employment business farmhouse,living conditions,social security has been improved.But there are still some farmers employment difficulties,lack of social security,lifestyle changes and other problems,due to the constraints of China's urban and rural structure of two yuan,in the valley of the slow,lagging behind the development of social economy and urbanization,the Valley Street in the suburban peasants citizenization road and a long way to go.In this paper,through the study of the problem of urbanization of the peasants in the Valley Street,the author hopes to provide a useful reference for the problem of the citizenization of the peasants in the valley.In the process of writing,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and field visits.This paper analyzed the research status of domestic and foreign farmers citizenization,from the aspects of employment,life,psychology,social security and living conditions of farmers in the valley and the new village farmers status.The results show that there is a certain degree of progress in the degree of urbanization of the residents in the valley,but the degree of urbanization among different groups is uneven,among which the population quality and psychological attitude of the landless peasants are low.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview survey,analysis of the existing street in the valley of farmers' urbanization problems and causes,including urbanization lags behind regional urbanization,change the concept of public identity change lag and lag,system defects,ideological and cultural barriers.To solve these problems,put forward some countermeasures to promote farmers'urbanization in the valley,including perfecting the land expropriation and compensation system;the construction of urban and rural social security system;to create a good employment environment;strengthen city management and service,promote farmers' role transformation.Finally,the corresponding conclusions and thinking.
