The Research Of Landless Peasants Employment In Qingyang District Of Chengdu City In The Process Of Urbanization

Since reform and opening, Qingyang District of Chengdu city rapid urbanization progress,in the process of urbanization,the effective promotion of landless peasants employment is key to protect the longtime livelihood of the landless peasants. Landless peasants and cultural qualities of this vulnerable group of low and labor skills are generally not high,the ability to participate in market competition general poor, lack of awareness of market competition, once the loss of land, it means losing the most basic source of livelihood. Therefore,through the promotion of employment to landless peasants solve their survival. Qingyang District Government and community take a number of measures to promote the employment of landless peasants, achieved some results, but in the long run, be more thorough and comprehensive settle the employment of landless peasants in Qingyang District of Chengdu city,the Government, society and landless peasants themselves to make greater efforts. Therefore, the author through research the process in the Qingyang District of Chengdu city to promote the employment situation of landless peasants,hope to improve some things,and give some suggestions to make further promotion to landless peasants and employment in the Qingyang District of Chengdu city.This article has five chapters.Chapter one is introduction, it gives a draft summary of the whole article. At the beginning of the chapter one, I introduce the research background and research significance of this article. Then I have a definition for my research range, and make explanation to some relative definition.In chapter two, introduce the relevant concepts and theories to illustrate the significance of employment,landless peasants.First,the introduction of urbanization, landless peasants, landless peasants the concept of employment, so that each concept has a clear definition. Then, the author describes this study is based on the Lewis dual economic theory. Finally, note the landless peasants of employment for the country, its social significance in the process of urbanization. In chapter three,aims to explain the employment status of landless peasants in the Qingyang District of city and problems in the course of employment,in the process of urbanization.First introduce the status of Qingyang District, urbanization,indicating Qingyang District in recent years to the full realization of urbanization.Then,introduced the employment status of landless peasants in Qingyang District.In the process of Qingyang District'urbanization, a large number of farmers lost their land to become landless peasants, because of their poor quality, thinking backward, there is no scientific and rational job training, their heavy employment pressure, intense competition, many landless peasants in the status of precarious employment. Then, pointed out the landless peasants in employment problems, in the process of Qingyang District' urbanization.Qingyang District landless farmers in the course of employment, job placement is simple,landless peasants lack the necessary production technology, lack of effective training, landless peasants in the first time lack of access to the latest and valuable employment information, Leading to poor landless peasants competitive, entrepreneurial difficulties.In chapter four,introduce the process of urbanization in Qingyang District, Qingyang District promote the employment of specific measures to landless peasants. First,introduce the government to improve compensation for landless peasants, not only reduce the pressure of life of landless peasants in the Qingyang District,and the venture capital is more abundant. Qingyang District government has increase the landless peasants into the social security funds, expansion of social security funding channels, making the basic livelihood of landless peasants in Qingyang District have adequate protection of the fund. Second, the Qingyang District Government has also set up a business center,for sake of Qingyang District landless farmers'career guidance and entrepreneurial services. Qingyang District land enterprises have also organize landless peasants job fair, will provide many employment opportunities, many social groups work for the landless peasants Qingyang District, the employment service.Finally,introduce the Qingyang District promote landless peasants to employment,improve the employment environment Qingyang District, standardize human resources market,improve the employment situation of landless peasants in Qingyang District,promote in dustrial restructuring of the Qingyang District,promote economic development in Qingyang District.In chapter five,the author give some suggestions to further promote the Qingyang District'landless peasants to work.First,further promote the employment of landless peasants must abide by the principle of equity,the principle of co-ordinating urban and rural areas.Second,further promote the Qingyang District'landless peasants to work should complete the employment training system,training content,training forms,training levels,training methods. Third,further promote Qingyang District'landless peasants to work,companies should provide more employment opportunities and human services.Finally,the landless peasants should change their concepts,to improve their overall quality,and enhance their own competitiveness.
