People management is the most complex and important work in enterprise management.It cannot be done once and for all,and there will never be absolute truth.It requires constant renewal and endless exploration.This paper focuses on the value of the human resources department of the enterprise and the value measurement of the enterprise's largest virtual asset "employees" to carry out the discussion,through the analysis of the status quo of Y group to explore how Y group to achieve the digital management of human resources.Research from the perspective of enterprise management,borrow the thinking of financial management,based on the analysis of the digital management of human capital is explored three tables,and based on the correlation analysis and application of the three tables,and explore a set of scientific index system of perfect human capital data analysis,to help enterprises to realize the digital management of human capital.This is also the feature and innovation of this paper.First of all,combining with the industry characteristics of Y group and the key work done in human resource management,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by Y group at the present stage and puts forward the argument that "if you can't quantify it,you can't manage it".Secondly,the overall design scheme of Y group's digital human resource management is proposed.By drawing on the experience of the financial management,advocacy of thinking business oriented human resource management department,and puts forward the design principle of cooperation with business departments,and explore the three tables for digital human capital management,talent inventory table,artificial cost table,table of human capital,and analysis how to enterprise human resources management to provide a new simple tools to realize digital management.On the basis of the overall design scheme of Y group's digital human capital management,the construction scheme and implementation scheme of Y group's digital human capital management are proposed.In the link of construction scheme,the detailed construction scheme of human resource digital management is elaborated from five dimensions,and the overall application plan of Y group's HR system is given,and the data specification table related to human resource digital management is listed.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the main research results of Y group's digital human resource management.
