The article is divided into four parts:The first part has mainly analyzed our country petroleum enterprise information construction course, the practice and the experience lesson.The second part is mainly about the framework of and trend of the Digital Oilfield and data center .Introduces their concept, evolution, definition, model, basic framework, as well as the linkages between them, points out that direction of the oil enterprise informatization construction.The third part is mainly about process and results of JOECO Data Center information resources planning. According to the theory of information resources planning , following the principles of database design, JOECO keeps designing independently the entire oil field to conduct a comprehensive data planning, achieving independent and database design.The last part lists the problems encountered in the information resources planning, looks for the reason and get the corresponding solutions.
