The Research On Rural Human Resources Development Under The Background Of Informatization

The purpose of this paper was to study the relationship between rural human resources development and rural informatization with survey method and case method. Peasant’s income increased steadily, routed are diversified. Development of information technology in rural areas made certain achievements, to promote the development of rural human resources injected vitality, improve the rural labor force in order to enhance the vitality of the rural labor force and enthusiasm.The fourth chapter analysed the factors that restrict the development of rural human resources development and informationization, Factors affecting the development of human resources in rural areas were rural population density, lack of educational resources, rural closed ideas, constraints of the economic base, market mechanisms and so on. Factors affecting rural information development were educational level of rural labor, the industrialization of agriculture, management system, information talent, publicity and other factors. Through correlation analysis, the development of rural human resources and information correlation related significantly, Rural informatization level and human resource development in rural areas are highly relevant. Rural human resources development and rural information complement each other and interact each other.The fifth chapter was to explore the strategy of rural human resources development under the background of informationization based on the previous two chapters:first, emphasised the role of education in the rural background information, including the rural basic education, distance education, vocational education and the occupation training.
