At present,with the human resources management theory of rapid development, enterprise management is faced with an increasing number of problems and challenges,how to deal with these problems and challenges are business issues to be resolved urgently.In this paper,to solve problems and think the key to deal with the challenges of reform through the introduction of the program and establish human resources management and the building of the fine model,and give full play to human resources management between the various aspects of the building of mutual promotion and mutual promotion of the role,give full play to the elements of coordination between functions,improve work efficiency.In this paper,human resources management at the theoretical basis and regulatory framework,based on an analysis of personnel training and application,KPI system,two-way communication problem,competitiveness-building,learning-oriented team-building and human resources management a high degree of correlation between,thereby starting from the correlation analysis of various aspects of the interaction between,and finally at the basis of interaction between a human resources management and building construction mode, attempting to China's enterprises the development of human resources management provides an effective method of implementation.
