Research On Laos-China Economic And Trade Cooperation Under The Background Of Belt And Road

"One belt and one road" advocates that all Member States must adhere to the principle of cooperation,construction and sharing,and advocate mutual benefit and pragmatic cooperation.Gradually,China’s economic development will be combined with the economic development of the surrounding countries,and its development strategy will be organically linked.Through mutual cooperation to expand regional market demand,increase employment rate,reduce poverty,and then enhance the overall economic level of the region.Since ancient times,Laos and China have had a good history of communication.In the new stage of development,the Chinese government put forward the initiative of "one belt and one road",which also fits well with the strategic development requirements of Laos and other Southeast Asian countries.Taking China’s "one belt and one road" initiative as the background,this paper analyzes the causes and Countermeasures of the economic and trade cooperation between Laos and China by using relevant theories and methods.This paper analyzes and analyzes the following aspects: the first part is the introduction,through the study of relevant literature,we get the background and significance of Laos China Economic and trade cooperation research under the background of "one belt and one road",and introduce the research methods and the content of the research.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study,including the outline of regional economic and trade cooperation and international trade.The third part mainly introduces the current situation of Laos and China’s economic and trade cooperation under the background of "one belt and one road",the history of economic and trade development and the way of cooperation in Laos and China;and the fourth part,based on the analysis of the strategy and development process of "one belt and one road",uses the gravity model to conduct empirical analysis,and finds out from the perspective of economic and trade cooperation.Deficiencies in the process of old economic and trade exchanges.It not only clearly clarifies the favorable conditions of economic and trade ties between the two countries,but also points out some problems in cooperation.Finally,in view of the problems in the process of economic and trade exchanges between China and Laos,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of economic and trade between the two countries,thereby promoting the coordinated development of the two economies and improving the living standards of the two peoples.
