Study On Cooperation Between Northeast China And Russian Far East In The View Of Belt And Road

In September 2013 and October,Xi Jinping put forward the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century".Along with the gradual expansion of the extension of the initiative and the gradual advance of specific policies and regulations,on the basis of the principle of co-operation,co-construction and sharing,the "one belt and one road" initiative has been proceeding smoothly since the introduction,and has laid a good foundation for the formation of an open economic development pattern of the East West linkage,and has been obtained in the international community.Based on the perspective of "one belt and one road" initiative,this paper makes a specific study on the regional economic cooperation between the Northeast China and the Far East of Russia.Based on the theories of regional economics and geo economics,combining with the history and current situation of cooperation between Northeast China and the Far East of Russia,this paper discusses two The cooperation path of the region in the new era.Based on the growth pole theory of regional economics and the point-axis development theory,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the economic development and cooperation between the Northeast and the Far East of China and the corresponding countermeasures.According to the viewpoint of geo-economy in geo-economics theory,this paper analyzes how to build the geo-economy in Northeast China and Far East Russia.At the same time,this paper analyzes the above problems,and analyzes and sorts out the cooperation relationship between "one belt and one road" and "Eurasian Economic Union".Based on the relevant viewpoints of scientific theory and the current situation and international situation,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation,problems and solutions of economic and trade cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian Far East.With the development of global economy,economic globalization and regional economic integration have become the main trend and trend of world economic development.Today,with the economic globalization becoming more and more mature,the regional economic cooperation between countries and regions has become a new economic cooperation mode and the driving force of regional and even global economic growth.It is an effective way to promote the whole economic development by regional economic development,which conforms to the law of scientific development.The significance of this research is to analyze the current situation and trend of cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian Far East by using the relevant theories,closely combining with the latest international and domestic background,and focus on the specific study of the path of economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,so as to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The results of this study are of practical reference value to the upgrading of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation strategy in combination with the characteristics of local economic development in Heilongjiang Province.
