In recent years,the new theory of gamification as an operating era has been paid more and more attention by managers and scholars at home and abroad.However,domestic research on gamification in human resource management is still less,and mostly on the theory research of gamification abroad.Besides,there is no gamification design idea suitable for the domestic human resource environment,and there is no case study of gamification practice.Based on the previous research results and related theories such as gamification theory,this paper intends to elaborate the methods and logic of constructing gamified human resources from the aspects of gamification components,game mechanics and game dynamics.The case study of "Vrec",a product that is fully recognized by employees,intends to give inspiration to the game design mechanism of human resource management.Human resource management that meets the characteristics of gamification can help managers better understand the psychology of gamers.Also,design a game management method that meets the specific needs of the enterprise and can meet the different needs of employees.The gamification design model is derived from game components and game mechanics.In terms of game power,the gamification design is measured.This article elaborates on various aspects of the game element,and mainly designs the interview outline for the "Vrec" product manager and customer.Based on the gamification model,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the status quo and existing problems of Vrec employee recognition incentives,and proposes specific inspirations and suggestions.This paper conducts case studies through product research and interviews.Product research draws conclusions about product gamification characteristics through user perceptions of products and interviews with product department managers.Using the above theories and models to study Vrec models,respectively Whether to reflect and how to reflect the characteristics of gamification,and further use the theory of accreditation incentive theory to further guide how to continually and fully motivate employees in a gamification manner.This paper also compares and analyzes the gamification characteristics of "Glory of the King" and "Vrec".Use the mature game design mechanism to give reasonable advice to the "Vrec" products.Interview research through the interviews of users of micro-recognized products,and the word frequency of the interview data,to get the actual application effect of the product,compare with the conclusion of product design,and explore the design of the game mechanism design in human resource management in practice.In terms of research methods,at the time of writing this paper,the related literatures on gamification at home and abroad were reviewed,and their viewpoints were sorted and summarized.The research results of predecessors were extracted to further explore the design steps and application space of gamified human resources.This article takes Vrec products as an example.In the process of writing a paper,it consults the company and related customer data,and uses the research methods of focus group interviews and the interview data collation method of word frequency analysis to deeply understand and analyze the status of the company's accreditation incentives.And actively explore how to build gamified human resource management for the status quo and problems.In order to make the research results more practical and operational,this paper summarizes the Vrec product highlights with the Vrec case and gamification model,as well as the application of the gamification element of the "Glory of the King".Suggestions for Vrec are aimed to give lessons to the gamification application in the human resources.
