Economic Diplomacy Between Laos And China On The Basis Of Belt And Road Initiative

In the era of globalization,the traditional concept of "economic diplomacy" has been continuously upgraded and improved,and economic diplomacy has become the hottest topic in the world.If China wants to become a real economic power in the world,it must implement economic diplomacy,and the "Belt and Road" is the engine that promotes China’s "economic diplomacy."The infrastructure construction of China’s “One Belt,One Road” is not smooth sailing.The countries along the line face challenges such as differences in political system and economic level,international social pressure and social and cultural differences.Therefore,China and neighboring countries should not only consider themselves when building “One Belt,One Road”.Interests must pay more attention to the public opinion and public opinion of the two countries.In 2013,China’s “One Belt,One Road” initiative received the response of the international community.As a country along the “Belt and Road”,Laos is also one of the beneficiary countries.Its initiative has been warmly welcomed in Laos and abroad.The Laos’ 10 th National Congress proposed a strategy of “changing the country into a land-linked country” and linking China’s “One Belt,One Road” initiative.The so-called "five-pass policy" is the five aspects of the people’s heart,facilities,policy communication,trade finance,and finance and finance.It aims to integrate with China and build a community of human destiny.China’s "One Belt and One Road" and Laos’ "change of landlocked country into a land-linked country" strategy will provide a steady stream of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.With the help of this initiative,the level of economic diplomacy between Laos and China will continue to increase.Since the old-fashioned cooperation entered the fast lane,the level of cooperation between the two countries has further deepened,but at the same time,the challenges faced by both sides are not small.This paper mainly discusses the opportunities arising from the economic development of Laozhong in the context of the “Belt and Road”.And the challenges faced and make recommendations based on this.
