With the continuous growth of our country's economic level,people's consumption level and food science and technology level,the requirements for food safety regulation and supervision have also increased.But we find that food safety is still an inevitable problem in an environment of stricter law enforcement and more transparent regulation.Our country food safety supervision has been scattered,chaotic,small problem,and unique diet structure,different levels of development of different cities,so that food safety governance is particularly bumpy.Although the "seamless" regulatory system has been initially implemented through multi-sector mergers,the regulatory unit has a large base and rapid changes,and it is difficult for regulators to control it from time to time.Therefore,It is particularly important to establish a unified regulatory system that is suitable for all types of producers and operators.Based on the theory of government supervision and governance,this paper makes a study and analysis of the current situation of regulation in M District,Nanyang City,Henan Province,taking the underdeveloped city of central China as an example.There are many sequelae in sports supervision,difficulties in applying regulatory standards,backward regulatory testing techniques,and lack of a common social governance atmosphere.The reasons for this include the legal system,the regulatory mechanism,and the establishment of a testing and inspection system.We will explore the problems in depth and from many angles,and find out the shortcomings of our own existence by drawing on the experience of developed countries,and put forward some countermeasures: First,we will build an integrated regulatory model;Second,the improvement of food safety laws and regulations and supporting systems;Third,strengthen the construction of food safety informatization;Fourth,the establishment of a scientific food inspection system;Fifth,the establishment of food safety supervision multivariate governance model;Sixth,cultivate professional,efficient and responsible supervision team.It is hoped that through the combing of its problems and reasons,it will find a way suitable for food safety supervision in the M area,in order to ensure that food safety supervision is increasingly stable and good,and that the people can trulyachieve "safety on the tip of the tongue".
