Therefore, collecting and distributing system is the key to control efficiency and benefit of port logistics service.First, this paper discussed the problems of transportation method division and Freight distribution of collecting and distributing system completely, it can develop and improve the port logistics collecting and distributing system theory system.Based on analyzing each influence factor in selecting transportation method, the paper used Logit-model to divide the transportation methods in transportation channel, calibrated parameter with maximum likelihood method, and eventually got the transportation utility function and division model. The goods transportation method division is the way to predict the owner how to use all kinds of transportation methods in the future level of port logistics development. Rational and objective prediction of Transportation method division can provide the scientific basis for optimizing the whole transportation system.Then, the paper used the system optimization distribution model with considering not only the transportation prices, but also transportation time and transportation method to get an optimal flow scheme with a generalized least cost of system. How to make freight flow to achieve optimal is an important content in study of collecting and distributing system.It is the theory basis to improve existing infrastructure and organization methods.Finally, this paper take an example of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf port logistics collecting and distributing system, applied the model to the practical problems to verify the effectiveness. In this part, I used econometrical software Eviews5.1to fit parameters, and used software Lingo11to distribute goods flow. Finally I compared the optimization results to current situation, and put forward suggestions on how to optimize the collecting and distributing system. |
