With the improvement of the level of logistics specialization,the logistics industry has developed rapidly.In the logistics distribution business,due to the large demand for goods,high traffic congestion,and increasing customer demand for service quality and other factors,large and medium-sized cities in China are facing the situation of long distribution time,high cost consumption,and large amount of goods detention.Based on the analysis of the actual demand,this thesis studies and optimizes the location of the logistics distribution center and the distribution route of goods.The main research contents are as follows:According to the actual operation and demand of a logistics distribution company in a district of Shenyang,the benefit of the upper decision-maker and the satisfaction of the lower customer are integrated into the model,and a three-point two-line location selection model from sorting center to distribution center to target customer is established.The hybrid algorithm of genetic optimization and K-means clusterin is used to obtain the best location.Based on the "three points and two lines" distribution problem,taking the upper distribution cost into account,the multi-objective model is established for the static path planning of distribution vehicles.The multi-to-multi distribution mode is changed to one to many mode,which reduces the redundancy of distribution path.The optimized genetic algorithm is used for simulation and solution,so that the distribution vehicles can access each customer node in different order after departure.Then different distribution routes are generated and the shortest distribution route is solved.In the case of non repetitive traffic congestion,the dynamic path planning only changes the order of vehicle serving customers without changing the set of customers.When the vehicle arrives at the customer node,the traffic information and the set of undelivered nodes are updated.The local search algorithm is used to solve the new vehicle route,which shortens the delivery time compared with the static planning.This paper designs a logistics distribution management software system which is suitable for the region.The system manages the information of logistics distribution personnel,bill,distribution point and path,improves the distribution system and improves the efficiency of logistics distribution.The simulation results show that the model solves the problem of logistics center location and reduces the cost of distribution between three points and two lines.Dynamic planning changes the distribution path on the basis of static,reduces the waiting time,and solves the vehicle distribution problem under the dynamic traffic condition of the actual road network.It has certain reference significance for the research of the location of the urban logistics distribution center and the transportation path planning.
