As one of the important financial decisions of modern enterprises,corporate culture investment is the driving force of enterprise development.Its efficiency is directly related to the rise and fall of enterprises,and is also an important force to promote enterprise value creativity.The improvement of investment efficiency of corporate culture construction of listed companies is a problem worthy of attention of company managers.Theoretically speaking.there are different emphases in corporate culture construction investment.but whether it really plays its role in practical decision-making still needs to be further determined.What is the special competitive position of Listed Companies in China?It is also worth exploring how to influence this effect.This paper combs and evaluates the existing domestic and foreign literature on the investment of enterprise culture construction and the promotion of enterprise value creativity.Based on the input-output theory,modern management theory and value chain theory,the paper analyses the impact of enterprise culture construction investment on value creativity under the special national conditions of China,and puts forward relevant proposals.After hypothesis,an empirical model is established.This paper chooses 688 samples of Listed Companies in Shanghai A-share specific industries and Shenzhen A-share specific industries from 2015 to 2017 as research objects,and uses factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to empirically test the impact of corporate culture construction investment on value creativity.Empirical results show that most of the listed companies in China have the problem of inefficient corporate culture input,which is more inefficient than inadequate investment.Inadequate investment in corporate culture construction can significantly inhibit the promotion of corporate value creativity,the inefficiency of corporate culture input and also significantly inhibit corporate value creativity.Promotion:From the perspective of classification of corporate culture construction,incorrect investment direction of corporate culture construction of Listed Companies in specific industries can effectively inhibit the promotion of corporate value creativity.Listed companies should first define the industry characteristics,determine the investment focus of corporate culture construction,and then clarify the competitive position of enterprises.It can significantly increase the key indicators of enterprise value creativity in terms of investment in corporate culture construction.Finally,it needs to be sensitive to the industrial life cycle.With the change of the industrial life cycle,it constantly changes the key aspects of investment in corporate culture construction and sensitive input indicators.The emphasis of investment in corporate culture construction is changing with various factors.Therefore.based on the empirical results,suggestions should be made for company managers to reduce the investment in inefficient corporate culture construction and enhance the value creativity of the company,and policies should be put forward for the government and regulatory authorities to guide the precise construction of corporate culture.
