Research On Safety Culture Cultivation Of Nan Tong Coal Group

Safety culture is the basis for safety science to develop, is the soul of the safety at work and the existing of the high dangerous industry. Safety culture is a part of the corporate culture, is the sum of the spirit, the concept, the behavior, the quality and the accomplishment of the safety work and the safety life of the people developed in the long time safety activity. With the highly increase of economy in China, as a mark of the social advancement the occupational health and safety tasks drop behind the economy. It is a problem that more and more fatal accidents and occupational diseases occur in industrial factories especially in coal mines accompanying with the development of economy and society in China. The critical situation requires more careful attention for occupational health and safety. Consequently it is of great necessity to improve the present situation of China's occupational health and safety condition, and occupational health and safety is more and more becoming the focus of the public.Based on research, this paper introduces the related theory about the corporate culture and the safety culture of coal mining enterprises, firstly. Then, combined with modern management concepts and the actual work of Nantong Mining Bureau, I research the Nantong Mining Bureau's objectives and principles of the safety culture-building. And study the content of the Nantong Mining Bureau's safety culture, from the spirit of the safety culture development, the system of the safety culture development, the material and the behavior of the safety culture development. In conclusion, this article provides a though and 10 ways to construct enterprises'safety culture by the research on the safety culture construction theory and the safety management experience of Nantong Mining Bureau.
