The Exploration Of The All-for-one Tourism Development Of Shangri-La City,Diqing Prefecture And Its Enlightenment

Since the publication of the’Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of the all-for-one Tourism Industry’issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2018,the construction of the all-for-one tourism has gradually entered the public’s vision.The global tourism aims to integrate the resources,space,products and industries of the traditional industry tourism,and then optimize and upgrade it to become a scientific system tourism.With the advancement of urban-rural integration and the transformation of the economy,pure "attraction tourism" has become weaker in the development of China’s tourism industry,and its role in the model development of the entire industry is getting smaller and smaller.On the contrary,in recent years,the emerging "global tourism" has begun to dominate.It is also an effective model and method for eliminating urban-rural dual structure,comprehensively promoting industrial construction and economic upgrading,and promoting regional economic development with tourism development.In recent years,Shangri-La has vigorously promoted global tourism and adopted a series of effective global tourism specific measures to build a Shangri-La all-for-one tourism demonstration zone.In the course of exploring the development of Shangri-La’s global tourism development,the author realized that it is necessary not only to start from the perspective of global tourism theory and its strategic path,but also to strengthen the study of tourism industry policies in ethnic areas at the same time.We can start from two aspects to have a more comprehensive understanding of the road of tourism development in Shangri-La.And then think about the shortcomings and put forward relevant knowledge and suggestions after the understanding and exploring.The Readiness section of this paper lists and discusses the literature on global tourism research at home and abroad,and conducts a moderate backtracking and review.The first chapter lists and explains the theoretical cornerstone and basis of all-for-one tourism from the perspective of the concept of all-for-one tourism ontology and related industry theory.The second chapter collects relevant data,then analyzes and interprets it through the field survey method.Studying and summarizing the current situation of tourism construction and tourism development policy in Shangri-La from the perspective of the history,current situation and strategic path of its tourism,think about it and list related issues in the development of Shangri-La’s global tourism.The third chapter uses the method of comprehensive analysis to sort out and understand the further construction path and method of Shangri-La’s all-for-one tourism,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.Finally,the research is summarized and prospected.
