Tourism is an economic activity in the worldwide .With the in-depth implementation of the national "Go West" strategy, minority areas has witnessed the dramatic changes that the tourism industry is paid more and more attention by the characteristics of its "non-polluting, high efficiency, high-drive". Tourism has become the new national economic growth point for the concentration of ethnic minorities and the rich tourism resources in Western region with unique natural conditions (the rich natural and cultural landscape). Tourism has brought about an unprecedented large-scale flow of personnel information and the frequent interaction between ethnic groups, and has a great effect on people's traditional way of life and values. It has an important significance for the change of the relationship of the ethnic interaction by exploring the ethnic interaction.Firstly, this thesis is based on the previous literature and field surveys and interviews, analyzing the different ethic households around the Mati Temple tourist attractions in the economy, culture and society by the use of conflict theory and field theory, reflecting the result of interaction among ethnic groups in their conflict and cooperation and exploring the in-depth source of interaction, in which tourism is a key factor, between ethnic groups by comparing before and after the change of interaction among ethnic groups in the tourism development. Secondly, the changes brought about by tourism development in economy, culture and society , result in the transformation of the ethnic interaction from static state to dynamic state and good interaction between ethnic groups can better promote economic and cultural development. Finally, it produces the reference to relationship of the ethnic group to achieve "equality, solidarity, mutual assistance and harmony" on the analysis of the interaction situation the surrounding area in the Mati Temple..
