Research On Management Of Manpower Quota In Electric Power Construction Projects

With the economic development,the electric power construction industry has become the backbone of the urbanization process in China.With the development of the electric power construction industry,the employee management is the core issue.The theory of manpower quota in human resource management provides a theoretical basis for the electric power construction industry.Scientific staffing principle can reduce the cost of electric power construction projects,improve the efficiency of electric power construction project management,improve the overall quality of electric power construction workers,give full play to the potential of electric power construction workers,and enable the electric power construction enterprises and employees to achieve "win-win" development.Based on the view of electric power construction project,this paper studies the management system of manpower quota in the electric power construction by document researching,on-site interview,observation and other methods.First of all,the research background,purpose and significance of manpower recruitment management in electric power construction project are analyzed,and the current situation of Manpower placement management research at home and abroad is understood.Secondly,this paper summarizes the related concepts and management theory of manpower quota management.The core content of this paper is to analyze the mode of manpower quota management,determine the idea of manpower quota management in power construction project,and construct the model of manpower quota management.This paper puts forward the method of formulating the standard of manpower quota in power construction projects,sets up the mode of decision-making,and establishes the management system of manpower quota in power construction projects.Finally,this paper explores the manpower quota management system of X Electric Power Engineering Company's construction projects as an example with the guidance of the idea of manpower quota management.This paper demonstrates from the following aspects:it demonstrates the establishment of manpower quota,the implementation of manpower quota results,and the application of manpower quota,it evaluates the application of manpower quota.By the management of manpower quota,the number of employment is more reasonable,the control of labor is more orderly,and the efficiency of labor is more efficient.It verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the manpower quota management system for power construction projects,and it provides a reference model for HR of power construction enterprises.
