With the progress of the society,human resource has become the enterprise survival and development of strategic resources,an enterprise to obtain long-term development,and win in the fierce competition in the market,give full play to the talent advantage is the key.As the key and core of human resource management,compensation management has become an important measure to influence the development of talents.Since the 21 st century,the new salary management is no longer simply give bonuses to employees,and the requirements from the new salary management concept,and uses the new salary management methods and technology,according to the requirement of the enterprise and the staff in the maximum extent to meet the needs of employees,combined with an efficient growth and enterprise development to ensure that employees make compensation management to achieve effective tool for the enterprise and employees of common development.Salary design at present,our country construction enterprises are strategic thinking,wage system,working environment improvement,the high strength work pressure contour is not reasonable to some extent reflected in the design of compensation system,it is to a certain extent,affected the staff's work enthusiasm and efficiency,thus inhibiting the development of the enterprise itself and competitiveness.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a compensation system suitable for construction enterprises.This paper by SDJ company's compensation system as the research object,by using literature study,investigation,interview and qualitative analysis,quantitative SDJ company's compensation system for a more comprehensive study,in improve employee satisfaction and motivation as well as the company compensation management level,to domestic construction enterprises pay design provides the basis and the reference.Specifically,the paper first from the salary system and related systems research results at home and abroad are summarized,and based on the theory of compensation management related theory,combined with on SDJ company currently employees salary satisfaction survey results,analyze SDJ company's compensation system,analyzes its existing problems and reasons.On this basis,according to the actual situation of SDJ company,it explores the optimal design of compensation system from the aspects of performance appraisal,design method and welfare system.Finally,the paper puts forward the relevant supporting mechanism of SDJ company in implementing the new salary system and draws a conclusion.
