The 21 st century is an era of information and economic explosion.It can be said that competition among enterprises is the competition of knowledge and innovation.Winning innovation is the key to the new stage of development.But innovation must ultimately be based on human beings.Therefore,if a company wants to stand out in the fierce competition,it will inevitably be inseparable from a group of highly loyal and high-quality talents.However,with the continuous development of society,the current era has become a diversified era.Young people face the materialistic society and often lose themselves.As the waves of the times continue to flow,they continue to drift.It is precisely this new generation of young people,the fresh blood of the enterprise and the mainstay of the future.Therefore,how to improve the loyalty of these new generations of young people in recent years has gradually become an important issue that every enterprise manager has to face.In recent years,with the emergence of new generations of employees represented by “post-80s” and“post-90s”,their outstanding work ability and adaptability have been praised by managers,but their lack of loyalty is also a manager.It has brought new problems,"how to improve the loyalty of the new generation of employees" has become an emerging topic of management,and has become a topic of extensive discussion and discussion by experts and scholars.The incentives of employees are divided into material incentives and non-material incentives.The importance of non-material incentives has gradually been recognized by major companies,but non-material incentives in China are relatively late,still a new cultural product.The study of the non-material incentives on the "post-80s" and "post-90s" groups of new generations is still a blank in China.What kind of sparks will be caused by the collision of two emerging products will be the main research content of this paper.This paper compares and analyzes the personality characteristics and interest preferences of the new generation ofemployees different from the older generation,adopts theoretical research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey methods,and uses SPSS to evaluate the scale based on the collected data.Order analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to investigate the effects of unimportant incentives and loyalty of new generation employees,and summarize the results to draw conclusions.At the same time,I hope that the research and conclusions between the non-material incentives and the loyalty relationship of the new generation of employees provide a theoretical basis for the related research of psychology,human resources management and other relevant fields.The main research content of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part explains the reasons for choosing the topic and the background of the topic,and introduces the method used in this paper.The second part defines the concept of "new generation employee".At the same time,the related theories of non-material incentives are summarized.The third part is to design and distribute the questionnaires,and analyze the collected data to obtain the relationship between non-material incentives and the loyalty of new generation employees.The last part,through the analysis of the previous data and the literature,obtained the conclusions of this paper and proposed the corresponding theoretical basis for the research of this topic.
