Research On The Progress And Risk Management Of Beijing Unicom ICT Project

In recent years,along with the reorganization and reform of China's telecom operators,the major telecom operators in China are facing more and more challenges.First of all,operational competition is increasingly fierce,and customer needs are more diversified.Secondly,the traditional communication businesses are facing difficulties,the fixed network businesses are gradually shrinking,the broadband businesses are becoming saturated,and the profit of the dedicated line businesses are declining.Therefore,telecom operators need to enhance their core competitiveness through business innovations,and gradually explore new business models to realize the transition from traditional communication operators to integrated information service providers.In addition,in order to resist market environmental risks,improve their competitiveness,and strengthen internal management capabilities,telecom companies have been constantly improving their internal control and risk management systems.With the development of the communication industry and the changes in the market,the competition for ICT projects has become increasingly fierce,and the ICT business is a typical project-based management product.In terms of enterprise internal control and risk management,operators must further strengthen the risk management of ICT proj ects to cope with the high risk costs of ICT proj ects and their large scale and complexity.At the same time,schedule management is an important part of proj ect management,but few researchers have studied it.Under this circumstance,we will promote the research and practical application of ICT project management by summarizing the research results of researchers at home and abroad,and looking forward to the future research of progress management,so as to establish a complete system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of ICT projects,from the theory and methods of proj ect schedule management and risk management,and combines the existing Beijing Unicom cloud video ICT project progress process,risk factors and countermeasures analysis,using a variety of project management methods,and finally combining theory with practice,we have developed a set of standards and risk response strategies and measures applicable to the implementation of Beijing Unicom's ICT proj ect.
