And the paper optim-ized the project progress plan by carried out methods include key path method and progress compress along with project parallel.Then, it controlled the actual progress of the project by using project manag-ement trace system, also managed and adjusted the departure in progress.Finally, it summarized the experience and lessons about the project progress management from the development project of New Bora Light Switch.
