In recent years,with the gradual maturity of the 4G mobile communication technology and the large-scale popularization of the 4G mobile phone,the domestic market for the users of the 4G mobile communication is expanding and the market demand is increasing.Mobile communication network has evolved from outdoor to indoor cellular network such as high-grade apartments,large residential areas and schools.In the current construction of mobile communication network,the construction of indoor distribution system is extremely important and difficult.The quality of a indoor distribution system project can determine the network situation in a building,which has a very intuitive impact on user experience.At present,the lack of planning in the management causes the progress and quality of the project can not be controlled.Therefore,under the circumstances of gradual opening up and fierce competition in the market,it is particularly important to improve the level of project construction management and customer satisfaction.In this paper,the project management scheme of indoor distribution system is studied,focusing on solving the problems of schedule management and quality management in engineering construction.Firstly,this paper summarizes the knowledge theory of 4G indoor distribution system project management,including related concepts and management tools of project,project management,schedule management and quality management.At the same time,the characteristics and construction mode of 4G room subsystem are introduced.Secondly,by introducing the construction of S company's branch project,including the management mode,work flow and division of responsibilities in each link,the paper points out the problems and causes in the management of 4G indoor distribution system project in S company.It gives solutions from the aspects of schedule management and project quality management.Then,the theories,methods and tools of proj ect schedule management and project quality management are respectively applied to the specific project management practice of 4G indoor distribution system in S company to optimize the process and method of schedule management and quality management.By using WBS and analogy method to build chamber points project standard time,I make a limit for a project to monitor construction progress.By using the method of network chart optimization process to shorten the time,I make a limit for a project the whole project final accounts.They are effective schedule management methods.The quality controls of planning,design,construction are very important.Building a market-oriented site quality control methods is very important.Through the example application,I achieved the anticipated effects.It provides guidance for follow-up project management.
