Engineering projects are varied, and different types of engineering construction projects also have different characteristics. In this paper, the research of mobile communication indoor distribution project is one of them. It’s a classification of mobile communication networks, and it is a method to improve the mobile communication environment indoors. Most of our country, especially in large and medium cities, mobile communication network construction is in full swing.In view of China mobile communication network construction project cost management status, but also in order to learn the project management knowledge into practical work, combined with the JS conpany construction project, the construction of mobile communication network construction project cost management research.First of all, this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic, know about the direction of the research of the development history and research status at home and abroad, focuses on the engineering project cost management related theory were studying and summing up. After that, this article through to the JS company management status and the related data investigation, using the data analysis and the questionnaire survey and so on method, has searched and analyzed the JS company in the room division project cost management in the concrete question. Then, put forward the corresponding solutions to these specific problems and measures, the JS company conducted a comprehensive cost management system design, and through the implementation of the results of the operation of the system. At last, the work of this paper is summarized.
