In recent years,power supply enterprise is more and more attention to the qualitymanagement of power system distribution network infrastructure projects. Power systemdistribution network infrastructure projects construction demand huge resources,but theinvestment is relatively very limited, so the contradiction between the demand and investmenthighlights. Therefore, there is practical significance that optimal management can be achievedby the establishment of a scientific mathematical model and calculation to find the key factorsaffecting distribution network infrastructure project quality management to provide ascientific basis and theoretical guidance to the decision-makers of quality management.The modern project quality management theory guides the research in this thesis. First,through studying extensive literature,this thesis analyses the research of the domestic andinternational power system distribution network infrastructure project quality management,and describes some of the concepts of quality and quality management.The second, itintroduces the division of the power system distribution network infrastructure projects, thescope,goal,means and management system of the power system distribution networkinfrastructure project quality management. Through empirical research, it elaborates on thequality management measures taken at all construction stages, points out the commonproblems of quality management by an example of C power supply distribution bureau powersystem distribution network infrastructure project. Then,through the research and literature,it finds the impact factors of quality management and chooses26indicators from them basedon some principles to build an index system of power system distribution networkinfrastructure project quality management impact factors.And then, after designingquestionnaires for the indicators within the index system and conducting a questionnairesurvey of power system distribution network infrastructure project management experts bythe Delphi method, it achieves relative scale of the relative importance of the power systemdistribution network infrastructure project quality management impact factor indicators onaccount of comprehensive expert advice. After then, on the basis of the analytic results ofDelphi method, it assesses impact factor indicators of power system distribution networkinfrastructure project quality management by using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) model evaluation system, identifies7key factor indicators which play a major role bycalculating. Finally, on this basis, it proposes quality management optimization strategy ofpower system distribution network infrastructure project combined with the power systemdistribution network infrastructure project life cycle "five stages".
