How will stakeholders influence the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises in ensuring poverty alleviation? How to improve the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises in ensuring poverty alleviation based on the perspective of corporate social responsibility? The academic research on the above issues needs to be further enriched.Therefore,the paper uses Shandong SJ Group as an empirical research case to explore the above issues.First of all,in view of the lack and fragmentation of the research results of social responsibility related to state-owned precision poverty alleviation related enterprises,the paper combs the relevant literature on enterprise poverty alleviation and state-owned enterprises' precise poverty alleviation,expounds the concept of corporate social responsibility and precise poverty alleviation,and defines the state-owned The relationship between precision poverty alleviation and corporate social responsibility.Taking the enterprise ethics theory as the research entry point,the research and analysis framework based on the stakeholder theory is determined,and finally the theoretical support foundation of the research content is formed.Secondly,through the literature research method,the paper summarizes the ways,functions and problems of state-owned enterprises participating in precision poverty alleviation at the macro level.The relevant conclusions are that,on the overall level,the ways and functions of state-owned enterprises participating in precise poverty alleviation are fruitful,which promote the embodiment of corporate socialresponsibility.However,there are still many shortcomings and problems at the individual level,which also provides a direction for the improvement of the precision of poverty alleviation in state-owned enterprises and the strengthening of corporate social responsibility.The above results provide a reference background for relevant research on more in-depth empirical case.Thirdly,relying on the above research results,the paper combines the field investigation and interview data to summarize the situation of Shandong SJ Group's participation in precision poverty alleviation,and points out the social responsibility embodiment of SJ Group in participating in the process of precise poverty alleviation.On the basis of exploring the problems of enterprises participating in precision poverty alleviation,the paper uses the theoretical analysis framework of stakeholders to indicate the intrinsic factors that hinder the effectiveness of SJ Group's accurate poverty alleviation.The relevant conclusions show that SJ Group has achieved remarkable results in the targeted poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation,and effectively highlights corporate social responsibility,but due to the subjective and objective factors of the three parties' interests which includ the enterprise itself,the local government and the poor,the current enterprise precision The effectiveness of poverty alleviation and the intensity of social responsibility need to be further strengthened.Finally,based on the results of the analysis of the empirical case points,the paper gives countermeasures for the improvement of SJ Group's precision poverty alleviation and the enhancement of social responsibility.The relevant conclusions are that the SJ Group's precision poverty alleviation effect can be improved through the joint cooperation of stakeholders,and the SJ Group's corporate social responsibility intensity can be enhanced through the joint governance of multiple stakeholders.
