Analysis On The Path And Performance Of China Resources Group's Social Responsibility From The Perspective Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since the theory of corporate social responsibility was put forward,the way and way of corporate social responsibility has been the focus of scholars' attention.At present,more and more enterprises actively participate in the implementation of corporate social responsibility,especially in large-scale state-owned enterprises,there are many fields in which social responsibility is performed.At the same time,external policies and systems will also affect the implementation of corporate social responsibilities.In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of precise poverty alleviation.As an important force to participate in poverty alleviation and development,how to fulfill social responsibility in the way of participating in poverty alleviation and maximize multi-party benefits is also a new direction of current research.Taking China Resources Group as an example,this paper studies the way to fulfill corporate social responsibility from the perspective of accurate poverty alleviation,and evaluates the effect of its social responsibility performance by means of grey correlation analysis.Through the study,it is found that the China Resources Group has set up a "basic cow bank" in the designated poverty alleviation areas prescribed by the state,through the construction of the poverty alleviation model of "enterprise cooperative peasant households" through the professional cooperatives of run agriculture and farmers.Industrial poverty alleviation projects such as "create a well-off" project demonstration area,realize the combination of corporate social responsibility and accurate poverty alleviation,and innovate the way to fulfill social responsibility.In view of the pattern of China Resources,this paper applies the grey relational degree analysis method,according to China.In the last three years,from the point of view of stakeholders,we selected six key performance indicators,78 performance indicators,to evaluate the effectiveness of social responsibility performance of China Resources Group.Finally found that the group's social responsibility performance in the past three years increased year by year,the best effect in 2017.Through the analysis of this paper,this paper introduces in detail the path and performance of China Resources Group to fulfill its social responsibility in the way of participating in poverty alleviation,and provides certain theoretical reference and model reference for enterprises to better promote the performance of social responsibility under the background of accurate poverty alleviation.And further promote enterprises to support and practice the national accurate poverty alleviation strategy.
