Research On Poverty Alleviation And Development In Zhuanghe Under The New Era

In recent years,although some achievements have been made in poverty alleviation and development in Zhuanghe City,there are still many problems and drawbacks,mainly manifested in:a small number of people are satisfied with their current living conditions;individual household income is lower than the regional average;material life is improved,but spiritual life is scarce;some poverty alleviation and development work is not sustainable.The poverty alleviation and development work in Zhuanghe City is different from the northwest of Liaoning Province.It has certain particularity.It is a relative poverty problem,not absolute poverty,a problem of backward development of individual people and regions.The research object of this paper is to explore how to solve the relative poverty of a small number of peasant groups below the average income level in the economically developed areas and how to keep the achievement of poverty alleviation for a long time.Based on the theory of the vicious circle of poverty and the strategic conception of building a well-off society in an all-round way,this paper draws lessons from the experience of poverty alleviation and development of the supporting policies for agricultural development in Hokkaido,Japan,and the experience of Dandong,Liaoning Province in strengthening the structural reform on the supply side to promote the development of poverty alleviation and development at a high speed in the economy,investigation method and comparative analysis method are used to investigate the current situation of poverty alleviation and development work in Zhuanghe City and analyze the causes of the existing problems.Finally,specific countermeasures are put forward to solve the poverty alleviation and development work in Zhuanghe City.This paper consists of five parts:the first part introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research summary,research content,methods and technical lines;the second part expounds the definition and theoretical basis of poverty alleviation and development;the third part draws the question of poverty alleviation and development work in Zhuanghe City by designing questionnaires.The fourth part draws lessons from the successful experience of poverty alleviation and development work at home and abroad,and draws inspiration to the poverty alleviation and development work of Zhuanghe City.The fifth part puts forward specific countermeasures.
