Financial Risk Assessment Of Technology-innovated Enterprises Based On Value Chain

Financial risk assessment is an important part of the financial management of an enterprise.The manager of the enterprise correctly evaluates the financial risks it undertakes,which is beneficial to the manager to use the preventive plan that meets the requirements and control the loss caused by financial risks.The introduction of the value chain in the relevant financial risk assessment activities enables the collection,processing and reporting of financial information around the value chain according to the needs of the internal managers of the enterprise,directly reflecting the financial risks in the value chain,and further achieving reliable financial management for the follow-up.Decision support,value chain management is particularly important in current science and technology innovation enterprises.The main competitiveness of technology innovation enterprises is technology research and development,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements depends on all links of the value chain.Good operation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to establish a quantitative model of financial risk assessment for scientific and technological innovation enterprises from the perspective of value chain and conduct scientific assessment and analysis.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,it is proposed that the financial risk assessment of scientific and technological innovation enterprises should not only be quantitatively analyzed from the traditional perspective,but also need to realize the effective identification and quantification of financial risks from the perspective of value chain.Organize quantitative models for risk assessment and potential risks within the value chain system,especially the financial risk factors that may be faced in the value chain of technological innovation enterprises,such as the risks brought to the enterprise by R&D and production in the internal value chain of the enterprise.The risks arising from the daily transactions of upstream suppliers and downstream vendors and companies in the external value chain.The research provides a theoretical basis for the scientific and innovative enterprises to evaluate the financial risk based on the value chain;Secondly,the supporting quantitative mode l of financial risk assessment of science and technology innovation enterprises based on value chain is constructed,the financial risks generated in the process of transmission in the value chain system,and the absorption effect of technological innovation enterprises on financial risks are compared.Based on the existing financial risk assessment model,using energy analysis theory as the model basis,using Delphi method and rough set theory to screen evaluation indicators,the financial risk index syste m and absorption system are constructed,and the system is based on the value chain.Quantitative assessment of the financial risks that exist;Thirdly,the evaluation model of financial risk of scientific and technological innovation enterprises based on value chain construction is applied to scientific and technological innovation enterprises--H,analyzing the financial risk influencing factors in its value chain,and the evaluation results are elaborated and studied.The results show that the financial risk of H enterprises is medium and high,and the financial risk control suggestions and preventive measures are proposed for enterprises--H,which more specifically shows the application of the model,and can also provide some reference for the risk asses sment and control of similar companies effect.
