The Study On The Substitution Effect Of Agricultural Technology On Labor Force In Changsha County

At present,China is in the critical period of agricultural development transformation,agricultural technology is the first driving force of agricultural development,its development and progress is particularly important.Still in the early 1980 s,the young rural labor force to cities,rural population dropped substantially,with the implementation of the one-child policy and residents to the extension of life expectancy,appear a large number of "hollow village" in our country,the agricultural development and therefore constrained,which influenced the sustainable development of agriculture and rural revitalization.Since the reform and opening up,agricultural technology has developed rapidly.To a certain extent,agricultural technology has replaced part of the agricultural labor force,making China's agriculture still maintain stable development in the face of the plight of the continuous decrease of agricultural labor force.Based on the research on the substitution effect of agricultural technology on labor force in changsha county,this paper empirically analyzes the existing resistance in the process of agricultural technology's substitution effect on labor force in changsha county,and puts forward effective solutions to this problem on this basis,so as to provide theoretical research for better exerting the substitution effect of agricultural technology on agricultural labor force.Involved in agricultural technology at home and abroad in this paper,using literature study,on the substitution effect research of agricultural labor force in the literature,combing the of xingsha by field survey,mastering the credible data,Lewis binary statistical analysis model is used to determine its impact factor,OLS by Eviews6.0 software for data analysis.Based on the analysis of the resistance of agricultural technology to labor substitution in changsha county,the main factors affecting the effect of agricultural technology on labor substitution in changsha county were obtained.The research shows that the development of agricultural technology has a significant substitution effect on agricultural labor force in changsha county.Agro-technical progress is the source power of the sustainable development of rural economy.Agro-technical materialized agricultural capital and agricultural labor force improve rural productivity.On the time axis,there is a long-term substitution trend among the elements of agricultural input physical capital,and human capital improves the substitution ability of capital to land.The substitution effect and intensity of agricultural machinery meet the law of diminishing marginal technology substitution rate.The intensity of labor substitution by agricultural machinery will increase over time.Only by clarifying the substitution effect of agricultural technology on labor force and objectively recognizing the resistance in the process of agricultural technology on labor force substitution can agricultural technology effectively exert its substitution effect on labor force.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: 1.2.Deepen the reform of agricultural scientific research management system in changsha county,and stimulate the endogenous driving force of agricultural scientific and technological innovation;3.Strengthen independent innovation in agricultural science and technology and improve the level of agricultural technology in changsha county;4.Improve the agricultural science and technology service system and enhance the agricultural technology service capacity of changsha county;Accelerate the cultivation of agricultural science and technology application subjects and improve the absorption capacity of agricultural science and technology in changsha county;Improve the service of agricultural science and technology and improve the application level of agricultural technology achievements in changsha county.On this basis,the resistance of agricultural technology to labor substitution is reduced,the contribution rate of agricultural technology to agricultural production is increased,and the substitution effect of agricultural technology on labor force is realized.
