In recent years,with the ever-changing economic and financial situation in China,especially under the background of interest rate liberalization reform,the traditional profit development model of domestic commercial Banks has been transformed,and the bank deposit and loan spreads have narrowed.At the same time the bank to speed up the internationalization,increasing financial needs of the development of social economy,development of retail business has become the first target of the Banks strategic transformation,especially in the economic growth at home and abroad at present,under the situation of economic structure optimization and adjustment,Banks began to retail transformation,so as to realize the expansion of market share and profit ability promotion and brand value.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,the performance of banking retail business in customer service,financial innovation,channel construction and other aspects is not satisfactory.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice for commercial Banks to seek a transformation path that is adapted to the current regulatory situation and in line with their own retail development.Based on the domestic city businesses JS bank yangzhou branch as the research object,using the strategic management,differentiation competition and customer relationship management(CRM)theory as the instruction,combined with the comparison and analysis method of SWOT research,this paper present JS bank of yangzhou branch retail business development present situation and the deficiencies,through the analysis of the necessity of strategic transformation and internal and external environment,determine the future retail strategies of JS bank yangzhou branch,and connecting with the target and orientation,to develop a intelligent transformation,fine positioning,innovative products,technology and finance,the brand value and marketing system etc.Specific strategies in order to promote the implementation of the retail strategy transformation,Finally,a set of retail development routes in line with JS bank was constructed.In this paper,the related research and JS bank yangzhou branch retail practice,especially for is in the midst of the retail transformation stage of city business provides a very good case,strategic transformation needs to cross the rubicon,expect the study to yangzhou branch of JS bank retail business development brings some practical reference value,and to be used for reference in other domestic retail business development city firms,because I study ability is limited,many problems still need further analysis,the future will continue to focus on bank retail strategic transformation development trends at home and abroad.
