The transformation of retail bank dot first establishes the concept of customer centered,uses various qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,analyzes the change factors that affect consumer purchase behavior,recombs the existing process of banking business,reduces the level of homogeneity between itself and the industry as a whole,finds its own positioning and customer demand,highlights its own characteristics,and enables the bank dot to provide customers with a more efficient,flexible and modern banking experience.Based on the banking practice,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign commercial bank retail business gap and the problems of the state-owned commercial bank retail banking in China,combines the actual experience and individual cases accumulated by the huhhot branch of the inner Mongolia bank since 2017,and discusses the basic methods and strategies of the regional commercial bank retail branch transformation.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the urban commercial bank retail branch transformation which has not been implemented or is being implemented.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the transformation of retail branches of domestic and foreign commercial banks,explains the development process and present situation of the transformation of retail branches of domestic and foreign standard commercial banks,studies the basic theory of the transformation of retail branches of commercial banks,analyses the current situation of the operation of retail branches of huhhot branch of inner Mongolia bank,combines the advanced experience and mature practice of the transformation of retail branches of domestic and foreign standard commercial banks,and international,and domestic research and design the transformation scheme of retail branches of huhhot branch of inner Mongolia bank.The thesis is divided into five parts,as follows:Chapter 1,Introduction.This chapter introduces the background of the transformation of the retail outlets of domestic and foreign commercial banks.Chapter 2,literature review and theoretical basis.Firstly,the paper introduces the connotation and related theories of the dot transformation of commercial banks,including:marketing management theory,long tail theory,enterprise reengineering theory,service profit chain theory and blue sea strategy theory.Chapter 3,the status quo of the retail branch of Hohhot branch of Inner Mongolia Bank and the motivation of the transformation.Firstly,the paper analyzes the actual situation of the branch network of hohhot branch of inner Mongolia bank,and then makes a field survey of the branch network to find the motivation of the retail branch transformation of hohhot branch of inner Mongolia bank.Chapter 4,domestic and foreign standard retail bank dot transformation successful experience.This paper introduces the experience of branch transformation of rich country bank and China commercial bank respectively,and summarizes it through analysis.Chapter 5,the bank of inner Mongolia hohhot branch retail branch transformation implementation.The design of the transformation scheme of the retail branch of hohhot branch of inner Mongolia bank mainly includes three aspects:the transformation of network equipment,the transformation of network personnel management process and the transformation of network evaluation and evaluation.
