With the rapid development of globalization and the rapid rise of Internet banking,retail banking business in recent years to the rapid development of the retail business accounted for the proportion of revenue is gradually rising.Faced with the rapidly changing business environment of the financial market and the challenges of Internet banking,commercial banks to focus on the creation of retail banking has become a strategic focus to seize market share.But in the focus on the development of retail banking,long-standing history seriously hindered the development of the road,therefore,follow the trend of the times and development of new financial products,improve the service mode,and gradually began to promote the transformation of retail outlets.The transformation of retail outlets basically experienced two stages,the first stage basically focus on network hardware upgrading and unified the network service standards,including network layout,function zoning,hall customer identification and shunt.The second phase of the network transformation focus on soft services to further upgrade and optimize.Including customer segmentation,strict performance appraisal,focusing on improving network capacity and enhance customer satisfaction,etc..The transformation of retail outlets is an important issue for commercial banks,which is the key to the development of commercial banks.In the current economic situation,the traditional commercial banks need to combine their actual situation and development,in the transformation of retail outlets under the guidance of the theory,by conforming to the law of the development of financial industry,refining the specific problems existing in the development,put forward ideas and sweep down irresistibly from a commanding height transformation design purpose and transformation scheme to make solid progress,the retail business transformation of commercial banks to implement the achievements made.Firstly,the transformation theory of retail outlets are summarized and reviewed,the network transformation background and connotation deeply expounds the necessity of the transformation of retail outlets,are analyzed,and summarized the successful experience of domestic and foreign commercial banks and retail outlets in transition,and to present a successful internet financial case in detail introduces analysis.In view of the Agricultural Bank M branch retail outlets transformation and transformation necessity,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,the Agricultural Bank M branch in the development based on the analysis of current management situation,aiming at the existing problems,targeted to develop retail outlets transformation scheme,and effect evaluation has been the implementation of the transformation of the outlets.The analysis of the transformation effect,to provide data support for the continued advance of the late transition.In this paper,the author from the perspective of a bank to workers employed ten years,in the analysis of the problems and the necessity of the transformation of China's commercial banks at present,combined with the Agricultural Bank M branch retail outlets transformation experience,put forward to provide feasible solutions,implementation effect and the transformation in the real network tracking evaluation.The combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,to avoid the embarrassment behind closed doors.I hope this paper can provide a reference for the transformation of retail banking in China's commercial banks.
