Research On Industrial Agglomeration Effect Of Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone

One of Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone,one of 88 national high-tech industrial development zone,is also nine national high-tech Industrial Development Zone,Guangdong Province,Huizhou economic development plays an important role,plays a decisive role.In recent years,Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Park District is committed to playing a hot spot for investment and development,high-tech industry gathered Heights,through years of development,Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone has gradually developed a flat panel display,LED,mobile Internet,new energy four pillar industry characteristics,to achieve steady economic growth.By studying Evaluation Zhongkai High-tech Zone has no industrial agglomeration effect,agglomeration effect and how?For more effective industrial policy to guide the Zhongkai High-tech Zone Industrial Zone of sustainable development of great significance.In this paper,Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone for the study of industrial agglomeration problem Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone has been studied.Firstly,it mainly expounds the theory of industrial agglomeration,including industrial location theory,core-edge theory,growth pole theory,point-axis theory,and then discusses the current situation in Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Industrial Development of Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone industrial layout features were analyzed,summarized the main issues Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech industrial development zone exist.Again,the use of industry concentration,location quotient,industry concentration index of three indicators of Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone Industrial Clusters were measure using CES function Magnitude After transformation of Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone industrial clustering effect empirical analysis.The study found:The results of the regression analysis,Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech Zone(?=1.22)and flat panel display(?=1.18),LED(?=1.27),mobile internet(?=1.09),the new energy(1.12)the four major industries industrial clustering effect indicators are indicating Huizhou Zhong Kai Hi-tech zone and the flat panel display,LED,mobile Internet,there are four major industries of new energy agglomeration economic effects;by industry concentration(CRn),location quotient(Lik),industrial agglomeration measure industrial agglomeration effect index(EG index)three indicators further found that:in these four industries,the flat panel display industry and the mobile Internet industry belong to the high level of agglomeration economies,there is a very significant effect of agglomeration economies,LED industry is moderate the level of agglomeration economies,new energy industry at a low level of agglomeration economies,indicating LED industry and new energy industry cluster economic effect is not very obvious.
