| In modern history, the United States has been at the forefront of the world high-tech development, and also because of high-tech industry and the gathering prosperity of the United States, the Silicon Valley becomes the forefront positions of the development of high-tech. Overseas numerous regional concentration of high-tech industries brought its region with upgrading of production efficiency, scientific and technological progress, economic prosperity and the acceleration of social progress. However, the development of China's high-tech industry and high-tech industrial gathering is relatively low. The author hopes that this study will help the development of concentration of China's high-tech industry.This paper first concentrates on theories review and cultural heritages overview of the high-tech industry, then sums up successful experience of its development in the Silicon Valley of America and Hsinchu area in Taiwan, and focuses on analyzing the gathering space efficiency and the overflowing effect of our high-tech industry. At the same time, the author begins to carry on analytical test from the angel of state-level high-tech industrial development zones, finding out some problems existing in spatial concentration of high-tech industries in China, drawing lessons from Silicon Valley and the Hsinchu area, and putting forward some related suggestions on the development of China's high-tech industries gathering. |
