Research On Industrial Agglomeration And Innovation Network In The High-Tech Industrial Zone

High and new technology especially information technology have made great progress since 80s in the twentieth century, this process opens a revolution of technology. The developed countries turn to a new ways of industrialize driving by the reform, typically involving the speedy development of industrial clusters in the area of high-tech industries. The successes of the Silicon Valley and the Hsinchu Science Park have initiated the study of innovative method greatly. Finally, People know that the industrial clusters of High-tech industries are the regional innovative networks in fact.In an area, the local behavior subjects, such as university, enterprise, scientific research institution and government etc. form a network system among them that can enhance the regional innovation capacity bases on their formal or non-formal cooperation and exchange of long period. The network system is called the regional innovation network. Nowadays, many studies have been carried out on the industrial clusters, but there is still little research over the regional innovation network bases on the industrial clusters. This paper, describes a series of causations from the growth of the local clusters to the formation of innovative networks, in order to clarify the interdependence of regional innovation network and industrial clusters and point out the construction of innovative networks in the High-tech Zone. Finally,taking the case of Xi'an High-tech Zone, the thesis analyses the situation and throw a light on the formation of innovative networks there.
