This paper takes the equipment management information system project of Guangxi N company as the research object,and takes the risk management knowledge of informatization project as the theoretical basis,and carries out the risk management research of this project from the risk identification,risk qualitative quantitative evaluation,risk response,risk control and other risk management processes.Risk identification,critical risk characterization and quantitative assessment of projects were carried out through in-depth description,analysis and description of risk management at all stages of project implementation through the practical application of risk management thinking,methods,strategies and programmes.Based on the results of the assessment and sequencing,the strategy and control measures for the key risks are proposed,so that the project can better carry out the project activities as expected and finally achieve the goals set by the project.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part,through the development and application of equipment management,puts forward the background,significance,thought and content of risk management research of equipment management information system;The second part mainly describes the present situation of equipment management information system of Guangxi N Company,puts forward the existing problems,the necessity of implementing equipment management information system project and the idea of establishing project risk management system;The third part,using the theory knowledge,model and method of risk management of the information management system project,combines the actual situation and characteristics of the equipment management information system project of Guangxi N company to identify the risks in each stage of the project implementation process;The fourth part mainly uses the information management system project risk assessment method to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis and assessment of the identified project risk events,based on the calculated risk occurrence probability and the impact values on the four main goals of the project.Evaluate and rank the risk events and get the 11 major risk events in the top 10;The fifth part mainly analyzes and controls the main risks of the 11 major risk events,establishes the risk control mechanism,and proposes the risk response strategy and control plan;The sixth part,conclusion and prospect,explains and summarizes the research process and results of the project risk management of equipment management information system of Guangxi N company,and puts forward the idea of the next step.The study of risk management in the course of this project fully reflects that the risk management theory of the information project is a favorable guarantee for the successful implementation of the project,and an effective means for the project to successfully and efficiently achieve its goals.Risk management runs through the entire life cycle of the project.It plays a crucial role in the development of information systems and the success of project implementation.At the same time,it also provides some risk management methods and ideas for the implementation of equipment management information system projects in the same industry.
