Risk Management In The Process Of Engineering Project Management Information System Development And Application Research

With the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology, project management information technology is the consensus of the parties involved in project construction, and it is also the inevitable future trend. But the development process of project management information system is facing a lot of risk, how to effectively avoid and guard against the risks in the process of software development, relations with the management information system’successful development and effective use.Currently, software risk management research is relatively mature abroad, while domestic research on software risk management mainly in the digestion and absorption of foreign research on software risk management. Based on the analysis of foreign research on software risk management system and risk management application model, the author trys to build a risk management model which suits to the project management information system which is carried into execution by the author himself. Furthermore, the author trys to make the model of risk management effective, and gives of his suggestions of improvement.
